Below you will find information on obtaining technical support

Computers and Structures, Inc. offers a yearly Maintenance Agreement. A current Maintenance Agreement provides your firm with unlimited technical support and free software upgrades.

A one-year Maintenance Agreement is required with the purchase of each new software license. You must renew your Maintenance Agreement after the first year in order to continue receiving free upgrades and technical support.

Maintenance Agreement subscribers may request support in the following ways:

  • Online via email.
  • Via telephone at +1 510 649 2202 between 6 am and 5 pm Pacific Time.

If you are unsure whether your company has an active Maintenance Agreement or you would like to purchase one, contact us online or call +1 510 649 2201.

Users with an expired Maintenance Agreement are not eligible for technical support.

Self-support is available via various online resources, such as Watch & Learn Videos and the CSI Knowledge Base.

If you purchased your software through one of our international dealers, please contact them with your technical questions. You may also purchase CSI’s yearly Maintenance Agreement through your dealer. With a current Maintenance Agreement, your dealer will provide your company with technical support, and free software update/upgrades.

Students should request technical support from their professors, who can contact CSI if necessary. CSI does not provide technical support directly to students.
