Troubleshooting

Please send the following information from the computer in question:

  1. 1. Send us the Locking Codes for this machine by sending us screenshots from:
      C: > Program Files….\Computers and Structures > [PRODUCT NAME] > CSiLicensing
    1.   a. Please run Wechoid.exe and UNCHECK everything except (1) Ethernet Address and (2) UUID.
    2.   b. Please run Wechoid.exe again and UNCHECK everything except (1) Host Name and (2) UUID.
    3.   c. Please run Wechoid.exe again and UNCHECK everything except (1) Ethernet Address, (2) CPU Info String and (3) UUID.
  2. 2. Check to see if there is a license file (lservrc file) under:
      C: > Program Files….\Computers and Structures > [PRODUCT NAME]
      Email the lservrc file to us if there is one.
  3. 3. Email us the StandAloneKey.exe.config file (XML Configuration type) from:
      C: > Program Files….\Computers and Structures > [PRODUCT NAME] > CSiLicensing
  4. 4. Email us the Error.LOG or LicenseError.LOG file (if available) from:
      C: > Program Files….\Computers and Structures > [PRODUCT NAME] > CSiLicensing
