Please send the following information from the computer in question:
- 1. Send us the Locking Codes for this machine by sending us screenshots from:
C: > Program Files….\Computers and Structures > [PRODUCT NAME] > CSiLicensing - a. Please run Wechoid.exe and UNCHECK everything except (1) Ethernet Address and (2) UUID.
- b. Please run Wechoid.exe again and UNCHECK everything except (1) Host Name and (2) UUID.
- c. Please run Wechoid.exe again and UNCHECK everything except (1) Ethernet Address, (2) CPU Info String and (3) UUID.
- 2. Check to see if there is a license file (lservrc file) under:
C: > Program Files….\Computers and Structures > [PRODUCT NAME]
Email the lservrc file to us if there is one. - 3. Email us the StandAloneKey.exe.config file (XML Configuration type) from:
C: > Program Files….\Computers and Structures > [PRODUCT NAME] > CSiLicensing - 4. Email us the Error.LOG or LicenseError.LOG file (if available) from:
C: > Program Files….\Computers and Structures > [PRODUCT NAME] > CSiLicensing
