Please send the following information from your server machine:

  1. Send us the Locking Codes for the server by sending us screenshots from:
    C: > Program Files…\Computers and Structures\Sentinel RMS 8.6 Utilities (or Sentinel RMS 8.5 Utilities if 8.6 is not available)
    1. Please run Wechoid.exe and UNCHECK everything except (1) Ethernet Address, (2) CPU Info String and (3) UUID.
    2. Please run Wechoid.exe again and UNCHECK everything except (1) Ethernet Address and (2) UUID.
  2. Email us the NetKey.exe.config file (XML Configuration type) & NetKey.exe.config.backup.85 file (if available) from:
    C: > Program Files…\Computers and Structures\Sentinel RMS 8.x Utilities
    If both Sentinel RMS 8.6 Utilities and Sentinel RMS 8.5 Utilities folders are available, send the NetKey.exe.config files from both folders.
  3. Email us the lservrc file from:
    C: > Program Files…\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT
  4. Email us the Error.LOG or LicenseError.LOG file (if available) from:
    C: > Program Files…\Computers and Structures\Sentinel RMS 8.6 Utilities (or Sentinel RMS 8.5 Utilities if 8.6 is not available)
