Fast Nationwide Rollouts:  As new projects come to CSI, our Managers and trainers immediately immerse themselves in the project. How do we disseminate valuable training to a Field force scattered throughout the USA? Frankly, we have mastered this ability. Our training department, using web based videos and online documentation and testing can distribute new information to our entire field force quickly.


W-2 Technicians:  Most Service providers rely on 3rd party contractors to perform most if not all of their Installs. CSI dispatches our own W-2 employees. Each morning in 16 States we have dedicated CSI employees prepared to work a full day. We don’t have the problem of hoping we can find an available Contractor to perform an installation or service call.


Call Center and Dispatch: Our Company is uniquely set up to handle everything involving Field Installation Services. Clients can schedule jobs using our Booking System or Call into our dispatch center. Once a job has been entrusted to us, we take responsible ownership until the job is complete. Our call center can pre-call customers to confirm appointments and prepare end-users for their scheduled visit.


Dedicated Project Management:  When we take on a new project we provide a Dedicated Project Manager to your account. Our Managers will take ownership of your account, provide you detailed reports, and be available whenever you need assistance. CSI’s Managers have themselves worked in the field as Technicians. When you deal with a CSI Field or Project Manager, or anyone of our Executive team, you are not only talking to a person with great leadership skills, but an IT professional that knows technology deeply.

Web Based Job Tracking: CSI Engineered a web portal from the ground up designed specifically for Field Services. Our customers have access to enter jobs, view live job data and progress, track inventory, view technician reports, download completed work orders, and review invoicing. If needed, we can activate email alerts to keep you instantly updated on all job progress. You can even view photos of completed jobs if you need that capability!
